Quick Cream Cheese & Jam

  • 1 serving dry mix = 1/3 cup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana
  1. Take a ripe banana, knead it, peel it, mash it in a microwaveable mug or bowl
  2. Add pouch of dry mix, an egg
  3. Mix energetically until batter is smooth (you can do it!)
  4. Microwave for 3-4 minutes at high power

Caution: Bowl will be hot after cooking.

Muffins should be moist and spongy with a crust on top. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes. Add jam of choice (we like blackberry!) and cream cheese. Enjoy!
